Still toying around with this but I got distracted by trying to write an entirely new magic system for DnD 5e. Did you know that when ADnD finally closed up shop it had over 400 magic user spells. Just magic user spells. 400+ magic user spells seems excessive to me. Then again 3.5 wrapped up with 792 wizard spells.
